New Patient Registration Process

Click the “Book an Appointment” button on our website.

Click “Book Now.”

Select the clinic location of your choice. (Currently, only the Kingsway location is accepting new patients.)

Select “New Patient Registration.”

Register yourself and complete the intake form.

After submitting the intake form, the system will prompt you to book a meet-and-greet appointment with the available doctors from the list.

Select the doctor of your choice and choose a date and time.

If you are registering more than one patient, you must submit a separate registration and intake form for each patient and book separate appointments for each.

Your MSP coverage must be valid. If your MSP is invalid or missing, there is a $100 charge per visit.

All mandatory sections of the intake form must be completed. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Dr Rogelio is accepting completed intake forms for consideration as a new patient until the end of this week (March 21, 2026).
Submitting an intake form does not guarantee acceptance into Dr Rogelio’s practice panel.
His panel is intentionally limited to ensure high-quality, comprehensive care with sufficient time dedicated to each patient.
If you do not hear from the office, please pursue attachment through the Health Connect Registry via HealthLink BC (call 8-1-1 or visit online).
